DESCRIPTION:BERMS! We’ll break down berms to help you ride them comfortably and confidently. \n\n\n\n\nWomen’s Only Clinic- \nAnother installment of some of our essential trail skills. We’ll break down the mechanics of corners and berms to help you ride them comfortably and confidently. From how to enter and exit a berm to adapting berm angles to managing those tricky flat corners. Participants will need to be able to ride and coast comfortably in the level pedal position and perform bike body separation before attending this clinic. If you aren’t comfortable with these skills\, sign up for one of our Fundamental Skills clinics! \nCLINIC PREREQUISITE: Fundamental Skills Clinic (or one similar) OR WOZ Buildable Skills Clinic (or one similar). \nRider should be able to stand on level pedals\, use bike/body separation\, and brake in a controlled manner. \nEQUIPMENT NEEDED: Mountain bike in good working order\, helmet\, water bottle\, closed-toe shoes \n*Not required\, but recommended: knee pads. \nFor any questions or concerns contact: claudia@womenofoznwa.com \nCancellation and Weather policy: Tickets can be fully refunded 7days previous to clinic date. Within the 7 days you may transfer to another person or receive a credit to use for a future clinic. \nIn the event of inclement weather\, we will cancel the clinic and issue a transfer to another clinic. \nIf the clinic registration does not reach a minimum of 4 participants the clinic is subject to cancellation and you will be fully refunded. \nPLEASE NOTE: clinic will take place on the grass lot adjacent to Lawrence Plaza.
