Looking to enhance your riding abilities, learn the fundamentals, or simply indulge in the VIP experience of OZ’s stunning trails? Women of OZ is here to assist. Our team of certified, insured coaches and guides are eager to help boost your biking skills. From berms and drops to jumps and rocks, OZ’s terrain has it all, and we’re ready to guide you through it.
PrivateInstruction
$85/hr -minimum 2 hours (15% off for 2 or more participants)
TrailGuiding
$65/hr -minimum 2 hours for 1-2 people
or
$85/hr for 3-4 people
Please contact us if you have 5 or more riders for custom pricing.

Jess Hana
Jess Hana moved to the area after spending a few years living on the road and now proudly calls Northwest Arkansas home. She loves working with women that have an eagerness to learn and want to take their riding to the next level. She focuses on both skill set and mindset to help women feel more confident on the bike so you have more fun on the trail.

Kelsey Miller
Kelsey Miller is a Bentonville native and has worked actively on getting women and girls on bikes in NWA for about 10 years. She enjoys teaching all levels of women, whether just starting out or looking to take the next big step into high levels of riding. She’s a strong believer in not taking yourself too seriously, on and off the bike.

Becci Neal
Becci Neal
Not only does Becci love to mountain bike, she has a passion for helping others to love biking too. Whether it’s through teaching elementary children to bike in her PE classes, doing Bike Train to and from school with her students, coaching NICA, leading flagship rides & teaching clinics for Women of OZ, or just riding with friends, young and old, Becci loves it all!

Ashley Patterson
Ashley Patterson
Ashley finds joy in racing and probably just as much in the training. Riding bikes is part of her DNA, even if it is just to get around town. She is also the Manager of the Walmart Move Hub, under their Workplace Mobility initiative to get more people commuting to work by alternate transportation. Among many things, she’s always ready for an early morning coffee stop or trail run, and always pining for summertime. One day she believes she’ll beat our ED, Lauren Pickman, in a game of ping pong.

Jessica Rockson enjoys challenging herself and helping others do the same. She believes facing fears and the difficult things in life creates room for growth and resilience. She enjoys teaching clinics to help ladies build confidence so they can enjoy their time on the bike and continue to challenge themselves.

Sasha Smith
Sasha enjoys spending as much time as possible in the dirt. She is passionate about mountain biking and is convinced riding will put anyone in a good mood. Her goal is to help students face their fears in a healthy way and build confidence as they encounter different challenges throughout their mountain biking journey. She loves seeing women progress as they put in the effort to do so.

Susie Douglas
Susie Douglas is the founder of Down 2 Bike Project, a bike program consulting and MTB coaching company. Susie recently moved to NWA for the sole purpose of getting more people on bikes. “My goal is to instill enough confidence and adventurous spirit in riders so that wherever they go, they’ll be able to do it while cycling.”

WOZ Private
Cancellation Policy
Life is unpredictable, and at WOZ, we accommodate that. We offer full refunds for cancellations of private lessons up to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson, although merchant processing fees will be deducted. Within 48 hours of the lesson, we can reschedule or transfer the lesson, but refunds are not available. For cancellations on the day of the lesson, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
